Pros

Noticeable shift since leadership transition. More investment in the product, better communication, and feeling like leadership is actually listening. Teams are more connected and the pace of delivery has improved.

Cons

The long-term vision still needs to be clearer, especially around how AI fits across the portfolio. Some parts of the organization move faster than others, which can create confusion. Not everything is fixed yet, but there's momentum

Pros

You can get away with being mediocre and not doing much and get paid every month without issues.

Cons

The rest of the team is mediocre and not doing much, specially leadership. They love to claim credit for things they didn't do and are quick to blame everyone else when it hits the fan.

Toxic workplace

Pros

The other teams were good to work with, but the blue prism cloud team was very toxic.

Cons

The bonus structure at this company may not always align with the percentages advertised, and there appears to be variability among different teams. The overall work environment can be toxic, with instances of disrespectful behavior and a lack of support for addressing grievances. One particularly troubling incident involved witnessing a female colleague being subjected to bullying behavior by a male counterpart. Despite reporting the issue to management and offering support to the affected colleague, the response was disappointing. Excuses were made for the male colleague's actions, with management attributing them to personal issues while unfairly shifting blame onto the female colleague. Additionally, after raising these concerns and advocating for a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture, I found myself unexpectedly terminated from my position. It seemed that speaking out against the toxic environment was not tolerated, and my employment was swiftly terminated as a result. Furthermore, during my interview process, I specifically inquired about the company's approach to redundancies and was assured that very few redundancies were made. However, it later became apparent that the company often terminates employment contracts instead of offering proper redundancy packages, leaving employees without adequate support during transitions. Overall, my experience at this company was marred by a toxic culture, a lack of transparency, and a disregard for the well-being of employees. I would caution prospective employees to thoroughly research the company's practices and carefully consider their options before accepting a position.
