What is one positive in this area?

I love that we are always evaluating benefits and total rewards. I couldn't ask for a better company. These are all awesome benefits and I am beyond thankful for the changes.

What is one area that could be improved?

Would be great to see a sabbatical benefit for tenured employees.

Pros

I never felt so supported by a company and a team. This company is unreal. The benefits are great, the compensation is great, and everyone is extremely kind. Our managers are thoughtful and truly

Cons

I really can’t think of any cons.

Advice to Management

Business has been booming and our workload has increased. 30 minutes for lunch is too short of a break for our workday. An hour for lunch would be more ideal. Other than that, everything is amazing.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (United Kingdom) in Jun 2021

    Interview

A super slick interviewing process that is extremely quick. First call is with the talent team and then you move onto your future manager and others you would work with. I was impressed by the open and honest feedback at every stage of the process. I spoke to 8 different team members which gave me a broad insight into how the company operates, and I also completed a take home task. Everyone was very friendly throughout and asked thought provoking questions.
