      The company still has a great product and has some very good people.

      Cons

      The SS&C influence means that BP is not a straight out Intelligent Automation play. Don't join if that is the sort of company that you are looking for

      Pros

      There are no good reasons to work at Blue prism.

      Cons

      The whole APAC office is toxic and a highly political environment for such a small set up. No forward thinking Leadership Lacks vision and has selectively placed their favorite people to run the show. You wont stand a chance. Compensation rules, performance metrics are skewed with no meritocracy.
