Pros
Very Flexible on working hours
Cons
Poor management and communication. Very narrow minded management style
Pros
Flexible with hours - great for parents
Cons
Poor management, poor communication, disorganised - and getting worse
Pros
Noticeable shift since leadership transition. More investment in the product, better communication, and feeling like leadership is actually listening. Teams are more connected and the pace of delivery has improved.
Cons
The long-term vision still needs to be clearer, especially around how AI fits across the portfolio. Some parts of the organization move faster than others, which can create confusion. Not everything is fixed yet, but there's momentum
Pros
- excellent team, lots of talent - very competitive salary & benefits: healthcare, shares, holidays - very flexible - great work/life balance - amazing culture in Engineering - supportive, great communication, collaboration - trust and empowerment from senior management to line managers/team leads - first-class agile working practices - constantly improving working practices as the number of teams increases - inevitable growing pains are being actively addressed, the team is listened to - minimal politics for such a large team - supportive and helpful - initiatives like Blue Prism for Good, and Women in RPA a real positive
Cons
Rapid growth can lead to uncertainty as existing processes are outgrown and no longer fit for purpose. Can be frustrating, but all to be expected when expanding so quickly. Very fast-paced work - lots and lots of new projects/products/features - high delivery expectations
Pros
Colleagues are trying hard to do a good job Good benefits but still can’t make up for being an awful company
Cons
Lack of direction from the senior leader team makes it impossible to do “the job”. People still bringing in their mates rather than the best people for the job and no real questions on why employees are leaving en mass, think that would have happened whether there was a potential acquisition or not but still, come on leadership team ask why? Awful when considering diversity/ equality, and zero communication on addressing issues. Departments working in silos, nobody wants to help one another. Each department blames another for inadequacies, no ownership. I feel I was lied to when I joined, this isn’t a progressive tech company!
Pros
Co-workers Promise of paid travel
Cons
Late to no communication from management Changes without notice Under value in employees and care to retention
Pros
Good holiday, good salary, good benefits
Cons
No support, no real structure no communication
Pros
Good Salary Good Benefits Good Team
Cons
Very Fast Pace A lot of change Communication could be improved
Pros
Really great sales front line folks, as well as entire sales support team (solution engineers, customer success, sales operations, etc). Lots of great product ideas and the software platform itself is solid.
Cons
Executive Management at many levels - absent, did not respect the competition or build timely products to keep with the competition. What used to be a great team and growing culture in the early years has turned into self-serving silos with limited communication, lack of focus on the customers and the market. Internal systems not implemented well or with forethought. UK vs US struggle seems never ending making it hard to do business.
Pros
Flexible scheduling, great onboarding from HR, mostly nice people
Cons
too flexible, lack of structure, inconsistent, hypocritical, bad mid level managers, very little communication, all projects get postponed, lack of focus, dictator attitudes
