Lack of direction from the senior leader team makes it impossible to do “the job”. People still bringing in their mates rather than the best people for the job and no real questions on why employees are leaving en mass, think that would have happened whether there was a potential acquisition or not but still, come on leadership team ask why? Awful when considering diversity/ equality, and zero communication on addressing issues.
Departments working in silos, nobody wants to help one another. Each department blames another for inadequacies, no ownership.
I feel I was lied to when I joined, this isn’t a progressive tech company!
