Pros

- excellent team, lots of talent - very competitive salary & benefits: healthcare, shares, holidays - very flexible - great work/life balance - amazing culture in Engineering - supportive, great communication, collaboration - trust and empowerment from senior management to line managers/team leads - first-class agile working practices - constantly improving working practices as the number of teams increases - inevitable growing pains are being actively addressed, the team is listened to - minimal politics for such a large team - supportive and helpful - initiatives like Blue Prism for Good, and Women in RPA a real positive

Cons

Rapid growth can lead to uncertainty as existing processes are outgrown and no longer fit for purpose. Can be frustrating, but all to be expected when expanding so quickly. Very fast-paced work - lots and lots of new projects/products/features - high delivery expectations

Pros

* the finance team at the Warrington hub * fair salary * great opportunity to take on responsibility and develop in early stages

Cons

Not many during my short time here. There appeared to be some disorganisation at the higher senior levels but I was never exposed to it.

Pros

Great salary Open minded to innovation that brings profit

Cons

Very Very political .. EMEA Business lead by someone who is very very short sighted, political and has very little experience in ramping a Software Business.. Destructive to large, long term business and pipeline development .. All in the endeavour for short term profit..

Pros

Salary reasonable Product still works well Some great people

Cons

Blue Prism has not been as revenuable as SSnC expected on acquisition, so have begun to crush it into an SSnC shaped jigsaw hole. Fired all the product owners ,redirected customer facing roles into being telemetry collection agents, In 36 months Blue Prism will be just an entry in SSnCs sales catalogue. Can't blame them, not making enough money. A pity though, a different parent company could have made BP the world's biggest RPA company. Terrible staff atmosphere, customers increasingly unhappy.

Pros

- Can feel very "family-run", - Mostly remote working, - Majority of people care and want more, - Benefits are good compared with peers

Cons

- Lack of leadership understanding of specialist role requirements (Legal, HR, Risk & Compliance, - No salary benchmarking means most salaries are significantly below market average (up to 40% in some cases), - Lack of clear career progression.
