      Lots of flexibility and work/life balance People from here have gone to great companies

      Leadership had lack of vision and mentorship skills across the board Competition had gotten too far ahead to catch up Low career growth potential despite it being a start up, new leaders more often brought from outside than developed within Poor diversity and strong passive bias (sales, Americas)

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 3 months now. Yes, there are changes but they are good and needed! I see myself as part of this in a positive way where I can contribute my own part to the success of the company. The potential in RPA is huge. There is a reason why investors are looking at Blue Prism! Everybody is super supportive. The DACH team is highly professional and especially Sales and Presales work very effectively thanks to a fantastic local management. I am absolutely impressed by the leadership and the inclusive work atmosphere where people are truly empowered to give their best every day!

      Cons

      Equity is a bit under tech standard I believe. Cloud strategy could be pushed a bit more so that people at the basis are also able to put it into reality. A lot of effort is put into the product, into partnership and marketing. I am motivated by a great team that constantly strives to uplevel the company as a whole.
