I have been with the company for 3 months now. Yes, there are changes but they are good and needed! I see myself as part of this in a positive way where I can contribute my own part to the success of the company. The potential in RPA is huge. There is a reason why investors are looking at Blue Prism! Everybody is super supportive. The DACH team is highly professional and especially Sales and Presales work very effectively thanks to a fantastic local management. I am absolutely impressed by the leadership and the inclusive work atmosphere where people are truly empowered to give their best every day!
