Pros

I’ve met a huge amount of great people there that I’ve stayed connected with. We were acquired and I did well with shares.

Cons

Awful exec management. Poor sales. British part of the business is virtually useless. SS&C acquisition has changed the environment negatively yet more - it’s a dry Wall Street scene now.

Pros

Robotic Process Automation that is Workforce Automation for business processes. Also, has a "store" to get different processes like (AI, Manage Language, etc.) to download within Blue Prism.

Cons

Coding is not the primary but drag and drop are. Some can do coding but have to replace that coding. Always have to change anything that is coded.

Pros

Good product. Smart people that are eager to learn more about the product. Once a customer starts using Blue Prism, they are very likely to renew year after year.

Cons

The American offices have a concerning outlook. London has been doing this for much longer and it often feels like they're in the know on things that are equally important to every region. There's a constant feeling that everything we do is being compared to a London gold standard, which is not fair. There are nuances that make it tough to do business in the US right now, and that doesn't mean we take the same approach as other regions just because things have worked there. This has gotten better with the new US GM, but we still have some structural problems to work through. Some of the salespeople I work with have been here for years and have great customer accounts, while others are newer and have a book of business that will make it quite difficult for them to hit quota. People may end up getting fired despite having great potential as salespeople.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, the Americas is a key region for us, and the requirement for our technology is significant in this part of the world. Its for that reason that we have continued to boost our Americas presence, with our new GM as referenced, but also many other roles such as SVP's of Finance and Field Marketing, our CMO and many others all based in the US. Our door is always open to take your feedback, and thoughts in how to further improve, at any level, so don't be a stranger, drop us a line!
