About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and technology-driven Information Systems Associate to support the organisation's digital infrastructure and business systems. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining operational efficiency by managing information systems, supporting end users, and helping implement technology solutions that improve business processes.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and using information systems to drive organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems, software applications, and business platforms.
Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and reliability of information systems.
Assist in implementing and improving digital systems and business processes.
Manage and maintain databases, records, and system documentation.
Support data analysis and reporting requirements for various departments.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding system enhancements and technical requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvements.
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational policies and security standards.
Assist in user training and the preparation of technical documentation and guides.
Support technology projects and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in technical support, systems administration, or business systems management is preferred.
Working knowledge of databases, Microsoft Office applications, and business software platforms.
Familiarity with data management and information security practices is an advantage.
