Leadership isn't always aligned, so there's a gap between leadership and the rest of the team. This results in a lot of shifting priorities and emphasis on numbers. The vision is unclear, and team members are getting more jaded, because of layoffs. They're a bit stingy with compensation; pay raises are very minimal. There is a big office, but not much of an office culture.

Not an easy product to learn. Little to no internal opportunity for growth. Company clearly focused on hiring cheap over-seas labour than finding value, future forward talent to grow. Great stand out work mates and upper management that clearly deserve more pay, Felt a little bit undervalued for work contributions. Not ideal if you value good work life balance.
