      The people you work with, awesome! The benefits, pretty great! The product is cool, needs some work but is still pretty awesome. Great Opportunity to network in the org.

      They hire bad leaders, really bad... Leadership lacks transparency People are scared to speak up People are constantly scared of losing their job Little to no team support They let go of people then have the roles already filled with new people

      Really smart people, good benefits

      Cons

      High-performing employees are used and abused. Promotions don't exist. They'll change your role, give you more responsibility, and say you aren't qualified for more pay. CX has no real leaders

      Pros

      The company goal is good, but not everyone is aligned tbh. Salary is compatible, benefits are good. I like Wave Day in summer to make long weekend extended by one day and Christmas shutdown of course. People are general nice there.

      Lack of organization. I joined a team when everything is a mess.

      Pros

      - Great mission, positive results - Great people who mean well and are helpful - Decent salary and benefits - Path forward is clear and achievable - Last CEO was not the best and thankfully has left. But he was needed to bring financial sanity to this company. The founding CEO was inspiring, mission driven but couldn't manage a scale up. - P&C and Finance departments have slowly been improving in the last year kudos to their C leader and the talent she's brought in - Many ineffective leaders across the company have been replaced over the last year

      - Company has weak operations - many processes need to be improved quickly - Some leaders and people need to be levelled up

      Decent company culture, could be better but decent. Great opportunity to learn. Decent people leaders. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Not an easy product to learn. Little to no internal opportunity for growth. Company clearly focused on hiring cheap over-seas labour than finding value, future forward talent to grow. Great stand out work mates and upper management that clearly deserve more pay, Felt a little bit undervalued for work contributions. Not ideal if you value good work life balance.
