Overview
Infra Transformation Associate Managers are primarily involved in project delivery. They can also be involved in responding to sales proposals, preparing demonstration systems, support work and building pre-packaged solutions. They should have an understanding of the Accenture delivery framework and the specific solutions and accelerators that we have developed, and they should apply these in both planning for and executing delivery assignments. From a technical perspective they should be an expert in all aspects of a component of an application and should be able to lead design discussions in their area of expertise. Infra Transformation Associate Managers may lead teams or manage small projects.

Knowledge of our Methods
Inducted/trained in methods used (e.g., framework, ASAP, Focus, etc.)
Attends project briefings that outline how methods will be applied
Attends internal training sessions or updates
Successfully applies methods evidenced by the use of relevant processes and collateral
Contributes to developing delivery framework collateral
Plans work using relevant methods
Industry Knowledge
Researches and stays current with industry trends
Contributes to building pre-packaged solutions
Designs and optimizes the efficiency of industry-relevant processes
Application Knowledge
Demonstrates knowledge of the functionality of a process stream of the product
Contributes to building internal product demonstration systems and collateral
