Pros

An inclusive company. Discrimination was not an issue.

Cons

I'm happy I was brave enough to leave soon. Toxic environment, really poor training, They claim to be supportive, but like a big brother they watch you while you try to do perform a job you were not dully trained for. Pressure is constant.
