Your Graduate Journey
Over 12 months, you’ll complete three rotations across different teams and disciplines, gaining hands-on experience while building a broad understanding of health-tech.
From day one, you’ll be contributing to real projects, solving real problems, and working alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals.

This unique exposure will accelerate your development, helping you build both deep technical capability and a broad understanding of how technology solutions are delivered to customers.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed a strong technical foundation, meaningful industry experience, and a broad understanding of Orion Health’s products, customers, and technology landscape. Graduates will then transition into a permanent role aligned to their strengths, interests, performance, and business needs, typically within either Software Engineering or Implementation.
