Project Manager- Licence Payments

This role as 12 month fixed-term contract based at SkyCity's Auckland precinct – so you'll be part of a global business while working locally, collaborating with teams across multiple time zones from the heart of the city.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager – Licence Payments to lead the delivery of key online gaming projects focused on regulatory, licensing, and payment initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Online Strategy & Delivery, you'll manage projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes in a complex and highly regulated environment.

In this role, you'll:
Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.

Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.

Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and external partners.

Drive effective governance, issue resolution, and change management.

Support regulatory submissions, audits, and seamless transition to BAU operations.

About You

You're a proactive and organised project professional who thrives on delivering complex initiatives and building strong stakeholder relationships.

You'll bring:
At least 5 years' project management experience, ideally within iGaming, online gaming, payments, fintech, or another regulated environment.

Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects.

Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks, governance, and reporting.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and delivery teams.

A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence.
