About the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance

The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to operate and maintain Auckland's motorway network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on Auckland’s infrastructure? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Program Analyst to support the successful delivery of works on Auckland’s motorway network.

As our Program Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our delivery program. You will use insight-driven analysis to maximise productivity, value for money, and customer outcomes, whilst balancing operational constraints. You will provide reporting to support effective decision making and proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities to improve delivery performance.

Effective collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to drive program alignment, enable effective scheduling, and build capability across program coordination functions.

About You:

You will be an effective problem-solving with a keen interest in working with data to identify trends and support decision making. You will also have the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience in project management, STEM disciplines or data analytics.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the roading or related industry.
• Experience in coordination work, scheduling, data processing, and risk management.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with skills in Microsoft Excel, data manipulation, or project management tools.
• Strong communication, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage deadlines.
