Pros

1. You will find some very good and honest engineers 2. Nice offices with free coffee and fruits 3. Interesting Technologies if you are a entry engineer

Cons

1. The company's promises of growth and rewards are as empty as a politician's campaign promises. 2. There's no system or process in place. It's like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded. 3. HR is a glorified party planner. They're more interested in organizing yoga classes than supporting employees. 4. If you're looking to grow as an engineer, you're better off studying under a street magician. 5. There's no room for reason or discussion. It's a one-way street. 6. Middle to upper management is more interested in personal relationships and their own paychecks than the company's growth. 7. The CEO is a control freak who's more interested in micromanaging everything than delegating. 8. The C-level executives are more concerned with their own careers than the company's success.

Pros

- Nice offices - Cutting edge technology

Cons

- Abusive behaviours from the CEO to the employees. - False promises for bonuses and stock options. - No career opportunities. - Pressure to work a lot of overtime, unpaid of course. - Generally pessimistic environment with people who justifiably don't want to be there. - When sooner or later you realize that you have to run away, you will face the fact that Viva has banned you from all the companies it cooperates with.

Pros

There are literally no pros in this company. At first, it seemed a unicorn company with potential and nice offices but after wasting 1 year, I noticed that it’s a big trash company which is huge compliance gaps, loaded with toxicity which ruins all people.

Cons

- Toxic environment - CEO is verbally abusing employees with the tolerance of the HR Department. You could hear him shouting and badmouthing to employees 2 floors away everyday. - All C-levels and Managers are toxic people which are trying to please CEO in every way possible - CEO threatens people that they will be fired and is above all decisions and all projects - You can’t work remotely, you can’t be late more than 10 minutes - The offer that they send you to get you there is pure lies - You will meet the worst people there (which are the people who - The last months they perform hundreds of layoffs without any warning, which they have nothing to do with employees’ performance but pure bad and ignorant decisions by the top management - Your work will never be appreciated and a lot of people there will try to sabotage and put obstacles. - No work life balance - Toxic culture and bad ethics - AVOID this company at ALL costs

Pros

-Cutting edge technology -Nice offices -Nice colleagues ( dependents on the department) -Young people -It looks good on your CV

Cons

- No WFH, although more and more companies offer a hybrid work model Viva decided to go the other way. This had impact in the new hires so the management decided to make some shady offers in exchange for WFH ( ie if you chose WFH you won’t be included to the bonus scheme). - Non existent bonuses although there is an evaluation every Q - Average salary comparing to the market - Titles doesn’t really matter, the company giving titles instead of raises ( there was a Director with no people in the department ) - The management doesn’t care for the employees, no free meals or coffee, no parking ( the building has 3 dedicated parking floors) - Toxic management, that makes everything to looks good
