Pros

There are some people who are capable and willing to help you, but they are very few, so it doesn’t make a significant impact.

Cons

Salaries are poor, plus they still owe monthly bonuses since July and if you think a promotion comes with a salary raise, think again, you've got it wrong. They are very unreliable. Managers lacking significant skills, who have reached their positions only because more competent employees left the company to find something better. Also, there is a very strict work from the office policy, which is pointless and time consuming for the employees. As for the job, it’s essentially a call center. The methods they use are outdated, and there aren’t even basic automations for sending mass emails. Overall experience: terrible.

Pros

No pros. Avoid at all costs. I lost 3.5 years of my time working there.

Cons

1) No opportunities to grow. Promotions will be given only to close friends of the management. 2) Operations division is completely unorganized with upper management constantly exploiting work from home options when the official guidelines of the company restrict you to do so. 3) Bonuses were only allocated once and the salary increases were around 5% in 3.5 years. 4) Team managers have literally no idea of what your tasks are and are constantly micro managing hoping that their “work” will be evaluated. 5) Operations director has no idea on how to manage the department and is literally like there is no leadeship. 6) Facilities are mediocre with questionable hygiene. 7) No employee perks. Only a basic health insurance. 8) Stock option plan is a scam.

Pros

- Unified Microsoft ecosystem - Average-slightly above salary (in the time of signing)

Cons

- Micromanagement - Incapable leadership/management - In case you work hybrid, you can not be promoted to management level and you are not eligible for stock options - People speaking their own work language making communication with stakeholders insufferable - Impossible deadlines, irrational pressure and bad treatment from management - Don’t expect salary increases and promotions. Layoffs are most possible. (I wasn’t laid off) - Sales people are being really taken advantage of, in comparison with other companies. - CEO would probably take the company to the ground before selling/merging. And that’s what he does, taking advantage of low competition in the market. - Expensive food at cafeteria - If they tell you about a bonus scheme, please, don’t believe them - Benefits, apart from private health insurance, are non-existent In general, company is heading to the ground if at least one serious competitor emerges.

Pros

The work environment is supportive and welcoming, A team that truly values collaboration and growth. The management is approachable and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. If you show potential and work hard, there are real opportunities to advance your career. The company also offers great bonuses and rewards that recognize effort and performance. Another thing I really appreciated was the respect for work-life balance – you’re not bothered outside of work hours, which is a rare and valuable quality in a workplace. It’s no coincidence that most of the team members have been with the company for many years. !!!

Cons

Everything was perfect to me,

A Company Barely Holding Together

Pros

The company functions to some extent, but this is often overshadowed by sudden, poorly communicated decisions that leave employees and customers scrambling.

Cons

Unpredictable Changes: Announcements about deactivations or major shifts come without warning, creating constant surprises for employees and customers alike. No Bonuses: Despite promises or expectations, no one has ever received any bonuses, which is demotivating for the team. Leadership Disconnect: The CEO seems out of touch with reality, making emotionally driven decisions rather than strategic ones. Lack of Strategy: There’s no clear direction or plan, leaving employees to navigate an uncertain environment. Competence Issues: Many C-level executives lack the skills to effectively lead and drive the company forward.

Pros

- There used to be great engineers to work with and learn from - If you were hired, in 2023 or before, when the company was growing, you could get a good salary (by greek standards)

Cons

- When you sign the offer, you are promised annual salary increase/bonus and participation in a stock options plan. After almost two years, I have seen nothing. - Inexistent processes to support the above. You are literally getting no answers. Zodiac signs will be of more help - HR is just there for the recruitment phase. After that, their sole role is to organize wellness & fitness classes. A joke, in a nutshell - If you look to grow as an engineer, you are on your own
