Management constantly gaslighting regarding performance. No future prospects, constant layoffs of new employees without specific reasons or evidence of lack of performance. Older employees quit after some time after a year. No hybrid work options. In free fall since 2024.

It was quite a toxic environment rising from how they deal with crisis and some superiors have no idea how to manage people or how to solve problems. Also, they did not offer the option to work from home, when you were sick or the weather was bad or during public transport strikes, as they were against that.

If you use hybrid model you lose some benefits.

-No hybrid -No benefits except the medical insurance

- No WFH, although more and more companies offer a hybrid work model Viva decided to go the other way. This had impact in the new hires so the management decided to make some shady offers in exchange for WFH ( ie if you chose WFH you won’t be included to the bonus scheme). - Non existent bonuses although there is an evaluation every Q - Average salary comparing to the market - Titles doesn’t really matter, the company giving titles instead of raises ( there was a Director with no people in the department ) - The management doesn’t care for the employees, no free meals or coffee, no parking ( the building has 3 dedicated parking floors) - Toxic management, that makes everything to looks good
