Pros

No pros. Avoid at all costs. I lost 3.5 years of my time working there.

Cons

1) No opportunities to grow. Promotions will be given only to close friends of the management. 2) Operations division is completely unorganized with upper management constantly exploiting work from home options when the official guidelines of the company restrict you to do so. 3) Bonuses were only allocated once and the salary increases were around 5% in 3.5 years. 4) Team managers have literally no idea of what your tasks are and are constantly micro managing hoping that their “work” will be evaluated. 5) Operations director has no idea on how to manage the department and is literally like there is no leadeship. 6) Facilities are mediocre with questionable hygiene. 7) No employee perks. Only a basic health insurance. 8) Stock option plan is a scam.

Pros

Modern Tools Efficient Onboarding Training Consistent on payrolls

Cons

1) Unhealthy facilities. There is no paper on the WCs and the cleanliness level is borderline dangerous however if it happens and you visit the upper floors (management offices) you will see everything squeaky clean. Discrimination at it's finest. 2) Non-existent HR. Alll they care about are their gym sessions and to showoff in LinkedIN. Once you are in, boom they are ghosts. Outdated policies, ZERO support, ZERO development (there is not even a development related department within the company). 3) Salaries. Well below industry average. At least 300-700 euros less that what the rest of the industry is providing. 4) Benefits. Non-existent. A typical health insurance. Don't let the ''stock options'' fool you. These only exist for upper management and friends. 5) Transportation costs/arrangements and Work From Home. This is a typical Greek company. Nothing to be expected and zero flexibility. The company does not even provide you with parking spaces even though the facilities have 3 underground parking floors sitting empty. The spots are only reserved for managerial positions. They consider it a perk so this should give you a great indication of how much the company cares for you! 6)Development Opportunities: Non-existent. Managerial positions are taken over from friends and family and whoever is not disagreeing with the ludacrous upper management. Funny that our manager had no idea about our tasks/expertise! 7)KPIS. Unclear, non-existent on most teams with unpaid overtimes. Directors and upper managers will leave the office at whatever time they wish or they will exploit Work From Home options while you are forced to come to the office even when there is a public strike at your own costs. Overall verdict: The company follows the CEO's values. A typical greek guy, with no manners who is a little bit clever and lucky than average. If you are planning to join the company be prepared for extreme micromanagement, incompetent directors (especially on the operations department) and no benefits at all. Simply, look elsewhere to save your mental health. Joining the company has been my biggest career mistake and I'm currently actively looking at other opportunities.

Pros

- Unified Microsoft ecosystem - Average-slightly above salary (in the time of signing)

Cons

- Micromanagement - Incapable leadership/management - In case you work hybrid, you can not be promoted to management level and you are not eligible for stock options - People speaking their own work language making communication with stakeholders insufferable - Impossible deadlines, irrational pressure and bad treatment from management - Don’t expect salary increases and promotions. Layoffs are most possible. (I wasn’t laid off) - Sales people are being really taken advantage of, in comparison with other companies. - CEO would probably take the company to the ground before selling/merging. And that’s what he does, taking advantage of low competition in the market. - Expensive food at cafeteria - If they tell you about a bonus scheme, please, don’t believe them - Benefits, apart from private health insurance, are non-existent In general, company is heading to the ground if at least one serious competitor emerges.

Pros

The work environment is supportive and welcoming, A team that truly values collaboration and growth. The management is approachable and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. If you show potential and work hard, there are real opportunities to advance your career. The company also offers great bonuses and rewards that recognize effort and performance. Another thing I really appreciated was the respect for work-life balance – you’re not bothered outside of work hours, which is a rare and valuable quality in a workplace. It’s no coincidence that most of the team members have been with the company for many years. !!!

Cons

Everything was perfect to me,
