Please avoid this place at all costs. The current organizational environment, from President Maureen Waters to co-founder Matt Ellis, reflects significant challenges that need to be addressed. While Maureen is recognized as a thought leader, the decision to implement yet another reorganization raises concerns about effective leadership practices, which she doesn't have. The reorganization in February should have been comprehensive and represented the changes that she just made. Unfortunately, Maureen's reputation has become associated with employee terminations, which raises questions about her status as a true thought leader in the organization. Terminating employees and hiring replacements has always incurred significant costs; however, Maureen appears to have a different perspective on this matter. The board should get rid of her.

Cons: 1. High expectations. Which is a great thing if you want to rise to that level and excel in your career. 2. Remote work is not for everyone

Don't believe the fake reviews that were posted this week. The reviews have zero detail (already a red flag) and, after no positive reviews for months, magically show up 2 days before yet another layoff round. That's not fishy at all!! As others have posted, they continue to hemorrhage customers and refuse to accept that they need to make real changes (start by gutting the worthless AO business). Instead, the pathetically weak "leadership" continues to lay off anyone who isn't a "yes" person and actual contributors so that the President and acting CEO can travel across the globe in first class. Very sustainable and cost conscious!

Absolutely terrible to work for. The senior leadership has no idea how to run this sinking ship. Plenty of hard-working and very talented personnel have since left or have harshly been laid off. Stay away from this company unless you love being Miserabl

This company is a sinking ship, and everyone inside knows it. Layoffs are constant, reorgs are meaningless, and leadership changes more often than the weather. Every time there's a new management shake-up, more smart and capable people are shown the door — and it's always handled poorly. The work environment is driven by fear and fake loyalty. People act like they support leadership just to avoid being the next target. Trust is nonexistent. Morale is in the gutter. And anyone who’s been around long enough knows this company is not doing well — but leadership still pretends everything is fine while the business quietly bleeds. Client churn is out of control, and it’s no wonder — mismanagement and internal chaos always spill over. The constant turnover of employees (especially those who don’t even last a year) tells you everything you need to know. This place doesn’t need another reorg. It needs a reality check. If you're considering joining — don’t. It’s not worth your time, energy, or sanity.
