Cons
Don't believe the fake reviews that were posted this week. The reviews have zero detail (already a red flag) and, after no positive reviews for months, magically show up 2 days before yet another layoff round. That's not fishy at all!! As others have posted, they continue to hemorrhage customers and refuse to accept that they need to make real changes (start by gutting the worthless AO business). Instead, the pathetically weak "leadership" continues to lay off anyone who isn't a "yes" person and actual contributors so that the President and acting CEO can travel across the globe in first class. Very sustainable and cost conscious!
