Pros

Fully remote, "unlimited" PTO, flexible schedule- none of it worth the cons

Cons

C-Suite is a great example of what poor leadership looks like. Lack of transparency, direction, and cohesion. There is no honest or direct discourse. Measurabl has a shiny facade but is nothing but an ego-driven mess. If you value your mental health, confidence, and self-worth DO NOT WORK HERE. No amount of money is worth how you WILL be treated.

Pros

100% Remote. Unlimited PTO. Great team & co workers.

Cons

I was affected by company layoffs after being apart of the CSM team for over 2 years. I had JUST moved & signed a year long lease 3 days before they laid me off. I had been talking about this move for months with my manager so when I was laid off I was incredible shocked and frustrated because I was now in a huge financial bind with no heads up given. The week before I was talking about possible promotions because of my seniority & numbers on the team. Instead, I was laid off right after using a large portion of our savings to move. I’ve been unemployed for almost 5 months now and was forced to break my lease, empty my savings, and move back home because of this. The only reason the company gave me for being laid off is because, and I quote, “You do not have the skills or knowledge we want in order to continue in this role”. I think them telling me that is what’s bothered me more than anything since I was let go. Not only do I have the skills and knowledge, I had to best renewal rates on my team the entire time I was there, the highest customer satisfaction rating I could receive, and was responsible for 12% of the upsells since I joined the team. The way I was let go completely ruined what had previously been my favorite job and company I’d ever have. Now I’ll only remember the way the screwed me after working my butt off for two years.

Pros

Fully remote and technically has unlimited PTO

Cons

The company suffers from exceptionally poor executive leadership and a severe lack of accountability throughout its C-suite and management layers. There's a troubling trend of poor decision-making and a lack of communication from the top, which leaves employees feeling unsupported and directionless. Despite promises of change, meaningful improvements are seldom delivered, leading to poor morale throughout the organization.

Pros

unlimited PTO, flexible hours, friendly co-workers

Cons

Everything else. The company hit the AO iceberg and is sinking faster than the titanic. In the less than 3 years I have been here, I have seen numerous layoffs and even more reorgs. Each event has negatively impacted the company more and more each time. I dont think ive ever seen such a rapid decline, especially when it comes to the company culture which is truly non-existant at this point. Speaking of non-existant, the company pushed out yearly performance reviews and promotions, merit-increases, and put hiring on a freeze with little to no communication prior, then continued to hire in external candidates. They failed to share any type of bonus structure or company goals for this year. The direction Measurabl is heading is South, and I dont see a way they change that with the way the company is being ran. Theres absolutely no career growth. They will tell you they prefer to promote within, but dont believe it. The few people that are getting promoted make you question your own work capabilities. HR continously fails to deliver on anything they promise. Customers are churning and everyone is scrambling but no one is actually accomplishing anything. The only people that actually know what they are doing are the ICs, but management doesn't want to listen to their input unless its exactly what they want to hear. Oh, and don't say it, unless it IS what they want to hear, or you migjt be on the next chopping block for not being a "yes" person.

Pros

Unlimited PTO so you have plenty of opportunity to take breaks from the dumpster fire that is Measurabl.

Cons

You should spend a few minutes to read the reviews from the last 18 months or so. They are all pretty accurate (minus the fake ones that the execs like to sprinkle in occasionally), but if you want the highlights, here goes: • Layoffs are a regular occurrence. They are aware of the WARN Act so they like to spread them out to cover themselves, but everyone can see through that. • No team building events or anything to help lift morale. Every internal meeting is the same. You spend the first 10 minutes talking about which customers aren’t renewing and pointing fingers, then 20 minutes getting to work, and then after the call you spend 10 minutes trying to figure out where it all went wrong in your life and what you did to deserve this. • Re-orgs are a quarterly occurrence. Get rid of some people, do a re-org, and then load up the “lucky” few left with an unsustainable amount of work. Rinse. Repeat. • It’s true that customers are switching to competitors. The product hasn’t been able to keep up with customer needs (because the first two layoffs got rid of most of the product team and engineers instead of getting rid of the useless and money draining AO side). The executive team likes to blame the service teams, but really the service teams have kept a lot of disgruntled customers from leaving. • No real career growth and no merit increases. You’ll see a handful of people get promotions but most of those leave you scratching your head. • It’s also true that the execs globe trot in first class rather than use the money you could save from 5 international roundtrip flights to pay for an engineer. I’m not entirely sure which is more shocking to me. That they still have money to pay the staff, or that they still have some great talent that haven’t left yet. I have a feeling both of those will be changing soon.

Miserabl

Pros

• Remote work • Unlimited PTO (when available to use)

Cons

Absolutely terrible to work for. The senior leadership has no idea how to run this sinking ship. Plenty of hard-working and very talented personnel have since left or have harshly been laid off. Stay away from this company unless you love being Miserabl
