I have been working at Capgemini full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Capgemini has always listened to me when I wanted to make a project/ role change. I have even been able to move states with their support. I am surrounded by very supportive, intelligent and kind people. I am lucky enough to have a very flexible position right now, where I can work from home or go into the office when I choose.

They are doing a lot of work to improve employee engagement, and to help employees grow in the technologies/ roles they want to.

    Cons

Cannot think of any at the moment.

    Advice to Management

Keep giving people options to explore new roles/ technologies that will make them happy.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in January 2015.

    Interview

My resume was forwarded was forwarded by recruiter then i had my first round of Phone Interview With manager, i told them that i don't have any experience in Fiance domain. still he said that that is fine and then a second interview was scheduled with the client. it was just a 15 minutes of interview , they asked my experience as Test Analyst in previous project. After that i got a mail from Recruiter that i was not selected and the reason given was that my lack of Finance domain exposure which is really strange as i told them in start that i don't have that experience, it was really unprofessional of them. i am really disappointed.
