Pros

Flat Hierarchy & Open Communication: The company fosters a great culture of communication, particularly between junior members and managers. Supervisors are easy to approach, making the structure feel less rigid and creating a safe space for new hires to integrate and contribute quickly.

Cons

The work environment and training are excellent, but the salary ceiling is low. Even after several years, pay remains non-competitive, making it hard to justify staying long-term.
