      Colleagues are nice and fun, they are always willing to lend a helping hand and share their expertise, creating a culture of continuous learning and growth. Management care about employee development and provide ample opportunities for growth through training programs, mentorship, and career progression. The company places a high emphasis on work-life balance, offering flexible schedules and remote work options when needed.

      Cons

      Lack of cross-team relationship-building activities means that different team members do not understand each other well.

      People are great and lots of room for improvement. Have day, mid and night shifts as well Company outing. Government mandated benefits

      Cons

      Overwork and underpaid. Holiday work are normal. No work life balance. Management is not the best. Some processes are all over the place.

      Good company for first jobs

      Prestigious clients Interesting projects Multiculturalism Many people from many different cultures Datawords is a company that gives young people a chance where other companies only want experienced employees

      Cons

      Rigid, long working hours with very little flexibility Unhealthy working environment (people don't take breaks and are glued to their screens all day like zombies, to the point of making extra hours just to prove they are dedicated to their job) No work/life balance, your job basically becomes your life Company made for young people who live in Paris without any family life No management (managers are all super young and mostly as inexperienced as you) No future if you value your private life and sanity Big turnover
