Sometimes lack of communication, lack of training

Pay is exceedingly low for the high end clients worked on Training is minimal There is a lot of internal promotion to managerial positions, which can be good if the people with management experience / training are in these positions, but more often than not upper management do not have the relevant people skills. It's rather difficult to progress within the company

1. Basic salary is low even if you've been with the company for a long time. 2. Lack of training and opportunities for IT Team members to get certifications. 3. No LinkedIn Learning, Udemy or Coursera access to at least gain training courses. 4. Benefits are basic. No benefits are automatically provided to the parents of the employees. Even eyeglasses benefits for employees are hard to avail as you would need to have eye grade of 5.00 to be qualified (my God! you want us to be blind before we could avail that? seriously?)

Little room for growth; redundant job

Poor upper management, staffing problems, lack of training, low salaries for Barcelona, hostile environment created by the administration, only a few days of working from home a month.

Salary will never be increased even if they promise it, exploitation of the employees, no way to talk to a supervisor about your needs, they only look for cheap labour. Please use it for a first work experience but don't stay there for more than two years.

Low average and always using budget as excuse. No career growth at Barcelona office. Be careful of certain HR person as they tend to lie about things and hide critical information from you. High employee turnover rate as many good employee are leaving.
