Cons
Pay is exceedingly low for the high end clients worked on Training is minimal There is a lot of internal promotion to managerial positions, which can be good if the people with management experience / training are in these positions, but more often than not upper management do not have the relevant people skills. It's rather difficult to progress within the company
Pros

No LinkedIn Learning, Udemy or Coursera access to at least gain training courses. 4. Benefits are basic. No benefits are automatically provided to the parents of the employees. Even eyeglasses benefits for employees are hard to avail as you would need to have eye grade of 5.00 to be qualified (my God! you want us to be blind before we could avail that? seriously?)

Cons
Little room for growth; redundant job
