      Pros

      Work from home, great work environment if you live in San Jose (which is where most of the employees are). Interesting technology. Benefits are ok - especially if you are based in San Jose.

      Cons

      High growth + low revenue = high turnover. Lot of promises of "we are one", "no managers", "all family" - don't believe it for a second. As a startup, they are under high pressure to increase revenue, and management is ruthless and arrogant. Hearts and flowers at interview and startup, but blood and daggers a few months later.

      Used to be an awesome place to work, Not anymore. Alternate friday beer bashes Macbook

      Cons

      So called reformation will backfire in a big way. Learn to respect employees and their work. few people who show-off a lot and do nothing continue to go up the ladder, while hardworking dedicated employees are fired for no reason. The entire India office is under a sense of insecurity and that does not help them concentrate on their work.

      Pros

      Smart people, market leader, work with fantastic customers who have an urgent need for Apigee's solutions. Compensation is fair and the perks are very good. Managerless culture lets you make your mark without worrying about the political angle.

      Cons

      You must be a self starter, have the understanding of what it takes to get the job done or you will be quickly lost.
