Not as great as a few years ago, but room for growth
Pros
Remote/hybrid work Night shift allowance Lots of in-office perks - free food/snacks sometimes, weekly vendors offering massages, beauty treatments, on-site barber, (at an additional cost) full gym with classes + showers, open bar on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Games, lots of clubs to join. Employees are very friendly, warm and welcoming - the previous culture has changed slightly but the people truly do make the company!
Cons
Bad middle management - no direction, micro managers who treat employees like children sometimes. Unclear processes that are constantly changing Bad technical services that are always broken. Impacts workflow. More focus on metrics and performance than the actual quality of work. This creates a quality gap because people are rushing to meet their metrics. A lot of corporate "fluff" which doesn't really add value. Can feel quite fake at times.
