As a Senior Associate – Healthcare Architecture, you'll be a trusted leader within our growing Health Architecture studio, working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver complex healthcare environments that improve patient outcomes, staff wellbeing and operational efficiency.
You'll provide design and technical leadership across major healthcare projects, building strong client relationships and helping guide projects from early planning and briefing through to delivery. Working alongside a highly experienced national and global healthcare team, you'll contribute to the growth of our health portfolio while mentoring and developing emerging talent within the business.

Here's what you'll need
We're looking for an experienced architect who combines strong technical and design capability with excellent relationship management and leadership skills.
You'll bring:
Registered Architect status or equivalent professional qualifications.
Significant experience delivering complex healthcare projects, either within healthcare architecture or other highly regulated, technically complex environments.
Strong understanding of healthcare planning, design principles and project delivery processes.
Proven experience managing client relationships and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across a range of technical disciplines.
Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to successful project outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, present and build trusted relationships.
A passion for creating high-quality environments that positively impact communities.
