Canonical interview questions

Very lengthy, takes about three months, often longer. It's split into many stages, each of which filters out many candidates. The first stage is a very lengthy written interview, followed by a strange pseudo-IQ test of sorts. The second stage is technical interviews (likely three of them). The third stage is managerial interviews.
