    GRADUATE POSITION Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Waitakere).

    Interview

Overall, the team seemed open and friendly and enthusiastic about hiring a graduate. Their offices are nice and sunny and they were very willing to show me around a little. Sometimes I found it difficult to answer some questions that seemed a little irrelevant. I didn't get the job but they were still pleasant to deal with. I did ask for feedback and didn't get any though. This is an optional thing but honest, constructive really helps for later.
