Involved in staff hiring/fi ring
Managing, motivating and developing staff providing service tothe clients
Planning and implementing aft er sales services. Making sure thestaff is meeting the client's needs and satisfaction.

Modify and improve services
Conceptualise business plans and sales strategies
Implement market expansion and new market plans for businessgrowth by mapping business strengths
Maintain and nurture relationship with customers
Negotiate, draft and review contracts of new clients/cleaning sites
Liaising with other organisational units, service agents andsubcontractors
Identify and respond to client expectations
Gather feedback from the clients
Strong communication and management skills
