A Workforce Delivery Manager is a senior leadership role focused on planning, coordinating, and delivering workforce development programs, training initiatives, capability-building projects, and organizational improvement strategies. They typically lead teams, manage budgets, oversee projects, and work with stakeholders to ensure workforce goals are achieved.

Job Description

Common responsibilities include:

Leading workforce development and capability-building programs.

Managing a team of workforce coordinators, trainers, or delivery leads.

Planning, resourcing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

Managing budgets, timelines, risks, and performance metrics.

Working with senior leaders and external stakeholders to identify workforce needs.

Designing and implementing training, learning, and development initiatives.

Monitoring outcomes and preparing reports for management.

Driving continuous improvement and workforce planning strategies.

Pay: $7,500.00 – $9,200.00 per month
