Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial conversation with the recruitment team to discuss my background, interest in the role, and alignment with AROA's requirements. This was followed by an interview with key stakeholders from the business and IT teams, focusing on my experience in business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, systems integration, and change delivery. Discussions also covered my interest in AI and how I approach solving business problems through technology and process optimisation.
