Position Overview

We are seeking a New Zealand resident to act as a Nominee Director for companies established in New Zealand. The successful candidate will fulfill statutory director requirements and cooperate with our corporate services team to ensure ongoing compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resident director of New Zealand companies.
• Review and sign corporate documents when required.
• Cooperate with our compliance and administration team.
• Maintain awareness of director responsibilities under New Zealand law.
• Assist with regulatory and administrative matters when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to act as a director of a New Zealand company.
• Clean professional and legal background.
• Strong integrity and professionalism.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in corporate services, accounting, law, finance, or business administration is an advantage.

Compensation

• Competitive annual retainer.
