The process took about 5 weeks but had more than the average number of rounds. I was initially contacted by a staffing agency on LinkedIn. After speaking with them, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, two phone interviews, on-site, follow-up call, and final phone interview. The interview was a mix of behavioral and case interviews. I found the technical / practical part of the interviews very challenging.
After each round, I didn't really get the most constructive feedback on what to improve. I think the recruiter could have taken a more active role in actually coaching me for each subsequent round.
