3 rounds over all as below, every round is an elimination round:
1. Technical + Aptitude round. It in turn contained 2 - 3 sub rounds, first is aptitude(english and cs mcqs) and technical/pesudocodes.
2. Communication round: reading, listening, speaking on a given topic for 1 min, fill in the blanks and correcting sentence.
3. Tech+ HR Interview: about family, self introduction, about projects and skills were asked, why Capgemini you want to join, common HR questions.
The interview process was professional and well-organized. The interviewers were respectful, asked relevant questions, and provided an opportunity to discuss my experience and skills. The overall interaction was positive, engaging, and helped me better understand the role and expectations.
