Interview
Online assessment is the first round which had 3 different sections. Each section will have an elimination. 1st section is about MCQ's on IT fundamentals, pseudo codes. If you get qualified, the next section will be English (Essay). 3rd one will be gaming. Based on the performance, students will be shortlisted for coding and communication round.
2nd round is a communication round(SVAR).
3rd is TR,HR.

Question 1
Basic python questions were asked. Few SQL concepts and resume related questions about projects. Questions on recent Technologies (AI, ML, Data science).
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
