You might be asked about your background, skills, and experiences, as well as your motivation for applying. Technical Assessment: Depending on the role, you may be required to complete a technical assessment or a skills test. Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (London, England) in Feb 2024

      Interview

I've interviewed for 6 consultancies over the years and had offers made by 4, and 1 I withdrew from the process. I work as a contractor so I'm pretty used to interviews and the interview process. My initial two interviews with Gap Gemini Invent were very positive, for my final interview I was asked to create and present my response to a particular client problem. I spent 4 hours on the presentation. There were two interviewers and one - a man was extremely rude, aggressive and spent the whole interview trying to trip me up/catch me out. I was tempted to stop the interview and leave, I should of done. Instead I endured the pompous and rude attitude until the end. He then had the nerve to say "you did really well answering those questions". We spend a total of 8 mins on my presentation, which I had to rush and was interrupted throughout. So the final interview brief was misleading. I was the advised by email that I had been unsuccessful! Even if I was offered the role I would of said "no thank you". Plus, the salary for Senior Consultants is on the lower end.

      Question 1

Typical case study questions - we a tonne of add ons! so every response was met with ....."so what would you do if this happened?" excessively.
