Firstly communication is very bad, interview intimation happens only in email , no recruiter is involved as point of contact. Once the interview is completed , candidates will be clueless with result, Yes/No . None can be reached to get the feedback. Interview was like a puzzle, the panel will not know for which position the candidate is applying . Questions are random and not related to candidates resume or work experience

Interview Process is direct and easy. 2 rounds of interview L1 with easy any average difficulty and L2 with average and above average difficulty and the results are updated in a span of week itself .
