The interview process consisted of mainly 2 rounds. The first was an online assessment that we gave under supervision in our college. It was carried out on the co-cubes platform. For the first part, we had to clear the initial 3 tests of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and essay writing. The quants and logical sections were of moderate difficulty, if you've studied a decent amount of quants which colleges usually provide training for, you will be able to complete a decent amount of questions however there were some challenging questions as well, overall the quants and logical reasoning sections were moderately difficult. The essay writing section for me personally took about 3 to 4 minutes. We were given 10 minutes to write 180 words essay and no backspaces with minimal corrections, although i ended up making 3 4 corrections, it didn't affect my performance, you will be clearly explained the rules before your test. Once you submit this, you are evaluated right there and then and if cleared, you are presented with the coding section. This section consisted of 2 subsections which were Algorithms and pseudo code to the best of my memory. The whole test process took about 2 to 3 hours and the elected candidates were called for interview . The interview was conducted in two parts. The first interview was obviously technical round in which the interviewer did a thorough run through of the resume and asked questions regarding that then there were a few questions wherein we had to write the code. On clearing this round, there was the HR round. The selection process was no doubt a bit challenging in its own way but overall carried out with very much simplicity.
