I have been recently interviewed at Capgemini for the role of azure developer. They said it is a schedule drive but that was actually a walkin. There were 3 rounds of interview, 1st technical 2nd managerial and 3rd HR.

Interview
One Technical and One HR round. HR round might happen very late. Standard is moderate to difficult. Over phone 1:1 interview. Applied for Azure PAAS and .Net Core developer role. .Net Core basics are required. They ask conceptual questions as well as some method names as well.

Interview
My 2 rounds technical interview was done in December 2019. Then I had my HR interview after a month and then had 3 more rounds of salary negotiations until March 2020. In March I got a mail asking to share the necessary documents on priority to release the offer letter.i shared the documents on the same to recruitment HR and since then I got no update from HR,even after multiple follow up mails from my side.
