The aptitude had 3 sections quantitative,verbal,logical each 25 questions. There was no negative marking.
The Group discussion was conducted with 15 candidates in each group. They were looking for confidence,clarity,listening ability.
The HR consisted questions from managerial,logical,project and quant.

In the HR round ,there were questions from managerial,logical,project. But the unexpected thing was that I was asked quant questions from probability,permutations.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
