I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interview in Capgemini often starts with a telephonic interview. Once cleared, the candidate is called to the location for a one on one interview with the management and HR. You personality counts a lot during the interview. Technical skills can be questioned at times depending on the kind of project you are expected to be assigned to.
