First round was a Telephonic Technical round of interview. Second round was Managerial face to face round Then last round was HR discussion over phone Then got offer letter. Got very good appraisal in salary as well.

1st round was 30 minutes phone interview about technical questions. 2nd round was a skype interview given a study case. The study case has nothing to do with being a tester. The interviewer seems like he hasn't looked at the study case at all.
