interview as usual was divided into two sections(technical+HR)
1. Technical focused on basic concept of branch
2.HR was based on communication skills
panel consisted of 8 people and they divided themselves into 2 groups one was taking HR and other technical simultaneously and students who cleared technical were sent for HR within 5 minutes or so process was easy overall the level of questions was low.

They mainly focused on communication and confidence level ,questions asked were related to basics of ECE and personality based.
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
