Interview
Lineaire : Présentation de l'entreprise, présentation de projets, tests puis entretien (ou entretien puis test).
Les tests : Les tests d'anglais de niveau toeic et les tests de techniques demandent d'être à l'aise avec les fondamentaux du monde java.
Les entretiens : un rh + un technique / chef de projet. De vrais echanges. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un premier entretien avec une personne compréhensive qui m'a permis de me sentir mieux pendant le second.
Même si je n'ai pas de suite, ca restera une expérience très positive.

Capgemini first conducted Online Test, then final Interview and Its is on campus. So Capgemini employees came to campus and conducted online test and who qulaified in the test are eligible for final interview, which is virtual.

Interview
First an HR screening round with questions like why this company and why this function. Then a culture fit interview. Then a technical interview with their client. Also some behavioural questions after the technical questions.
