Technical Interview
Focused on core subjects like OOPs, DBMS, and my final-year project.
I was asked questions on Java, SQL queries, and a couple of coding scenarios.
The interviewer was friendly and asked me to explain my approach clearly.
HR Round
Typical behavioral questions: “Tell me about yourself”, “Why Capgemini?”, “Are you open to relocation?”, “What are your salary expectations?”
Short and mostly formalities.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
